Your first day with DotDog

Try the free dog first

Download the correct installer from the official website. On Windows, run the setup file; on Mac, open the DMG and copy the app to Applications. Basic petting, fetch, naming and friendship are free without a time limit or automatic charge.

Windows 10/11 x64 and macOS 12+. New Midnight extras have been verified on Windows 1.0.6. The public Mac 1.0.3 build has not completed the new-extras update or physical Mac verification.

Installation warnings

The current files do not have Windows code signing or Apple notarization. Verify the official source and published checksums first. Review Windows SmartScreen details or macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security. Do not disable antivirus or bypass workplace security policy. If a file appears damaged or its source cannot be verified, stop and contact support.

Activate your purchase

After successful project closure and confirmed payment, keys and instructions are emailed within three Korean business days. Enter your DOG- key using “Enter license key” in free-edition settings or the full app’s activation screen. Your pet name and friendship stay.

Each key is for one person on up to three computers. Internet is required for initial activation and periodic license checks. Use “Deactivate this PC” before moving a seat.

Give your friend their own dog

The first 100 Early Bird orders cost KRW 7,900 and include two independent keys. Keep the owner key and give only the unused gift key to one friend. Both unlock the same paid features. The gift card shows the same purchase number with GIFT; it is not a second purchase number or online multiplayer. Activated keys cannot be shared or resold. Refund of the original order revokes both keys.

Support and refund

Check spam folders and the purchase email if delivery is missing. Contact support@lnrgame.com with your Wadiz order number, OS, app version, error screenshot and reproduction steps. Hide complete license keys and other personal details. Wadiz preorder policies and applicable law govern Wadiz orders.

Voice recording/transcription is excluded. Supported AI tool accounts and usage fees are separate.
